Historic Architecture Design and Rehabilitation

We assist property owners and developers to rehabilitate historic properties by providing preservation consultation and design services for rehabilitation and adaptive reuse projects.  We preserve valuable historic architecture by careful research and site observation and develop creative and effective methods of adapting historical buildings to current uses.  We do this through rehabilitation of historic buildings and sensitive, compatible new design for additions and adaptive-reuse.  If applicable, we assist property owners to prepare reservation Tax Credit applications.
