One block east of UCLA in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, California, sat a house that had seen better days.  It needed inspiration as a fresh design with severe structural and aesthetic remedial actions.

Lawrence R. Hsu, the owner of the home, approached Roger Winston Bray, Architect, AIA, NCARB, President of Bray Architects, to completely remodel this, his family home.  For over two years, inspiration between the Architect and Owner, created a new home that is aesthetically beautiful, structurally sound, and value conscious.

This new home inspires other homeowners in the area to dramatically improve their existing properties; creating even more value for themselves and their families, in an already valuable Upper West Side, Los Angeles, California neighborhood.
