Roger Winston Bray, Architect, AIA, NCARB, President of Bray Architects, acting as exterior design Architect and Historic Architect for a Los Angeles Building Developer, obtained approval for a mid-size upscale new condominium project near downtown Los Angeles.  After preparing original exterior architectural design drawings by Bray Architects; along with preparing a detailed historical report of the proposed lot of the project, including the surrounding buildings of the entire area also by Bray Architects; and presenting these exterior architectural designs; and defending the findings of this historical report point-by-point to the Los Angeles Planning Commission, Mr. Bray was quoted as saying, “This was the most interested, informed, rational, and equitable Committee and Review Board I have ever worked with in all of my years in Architecture and Urban Design and Planning.  I am very grateful for their thoughtful and thorough review of our work.”  The project passed unanimously.
