Roger Winston Bray, Architect, AIA, NCARB, President of Bray Architects, acting as exterior design Architect and Historic Architect for a\u00a0Los\u00a0Angeles\u00a0Building Developer, obtained approval for a\u00a0mid-size\u00a0upscale\u00a0new\u00a0condominium\u00a0project\u00a0near\u00a0downtown\u00a0Los\u00a0Angeles.\u00a0 After preparing original exterior architectural design drawings by Bray Architects; along with preparing a detailed historical report of the proposed lot of the\u00a0project, including the surrounding buildings of the entire area also by Bray Architects; and presenting these exterior architectural designs; and defending the findings of this historical report point-by-point to the\u00a0Los\u00a0Angeles\u00a0Planning Commission, Mr. Bray was quoted as saying, “This was the most interested, informed, rational, and equitable Committee and Review Board I have ever worked with in all of my years in Architecture and Urban Design and Planning.\u00a0 I am very grateful for their thoughtful and thorough review of our work.”\u00a0 The\u00a0project\u00a0passed unanimously.<\/p>\n\n
