The Westlake Village Community Center in North Ranch,Westlake Village, was designed by William M. Bray, Architect, AIA, NCARB, and Bray Architects. Westlake Village is a master-planned new town community developed by D.K. Ludwig and The American Hawaiian Steamship Company, in Southern California, approximately 26 miles west of Los Angeles.
Roger Winston Bray, Architect, AIA, NCARB, President of Bray Architects, worked on the design of the original building; and also designed a later, large interior addition with outdoor dining and event terrace addition.
The versatility of the building can be seen by its uses: assembly hall; restaurant; weddings; community meetings; church services; entertainment; family and school gatherings; political endeavors; business endeavors; and others.
